We install Zimbra Webmail on the server with IP clear. Because of the special nature of SMTP, Zimbra can only be used to send bulk emails with Gammadyne Mailer software. So you should use Gammadyne Mailer. Turbo Mailer not working. I also don't know the reason why

There are 3 reasons why Unlimited Zimbra SMTP does not connect

+ Reason 1: By using VPN or software to connect to a Server outside your computer to change IP (Socks Proxy)

+ Reason 2: Your RDP ports 25 and 587 are closed by the RDP Server provider. Unlimited Zimbra SMTP sends email out with port 587. If RDP
                     port is closed. Zimbra SMTP will not connect and send emails out

+ Reason 3: We only provide Zimbra SMTP with 24 hour lifetime. Our system will automatically Shutdown Zimbra Server if it expires.
